What Is Vertigo And Why Is It Happening to Me?

Have you ever had the feeling like the room was spinning drastically or started seeing objects whirl around you? Well if you haven't been drinking alcohol and this is happening frequently, these might be the symptoms of Vertigo.

Vertigo gives people the feeling that they are off balance and their surroundings are moving in actuality they aren't.

The reasons why Vertigo usually occurs are due to conflict between signals within the brain. The brain has various balancing regulators and position sensors. When these sectors of the brain do not collaborate properly, this leads to symptoms of dizziness and feelings of being off balance, which are strong indicators of Vertigo.

Other Reasons Vertigo May Occur

  • Inner ear disorders; such as Paroxysmal positional Vertigo also known as (BPPV), Meniere's disease, vestibular neuritis, and labyrinthitis.
  • Head or ear injuries
  • Migraine headaches are painful, debilitating headaches that often occur with vertigo, nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light, noise, and smell.
  • Decreased blood flow through the arteries that supply blood to the base of the brain -vertebrobasilar insufficiency

Can Vertigo Be Treated?

The simple answer to this question is, yes. This is very good news for people who suffer from vertigo. Instead of telling patients to wait it out or to take drugs. There are far quicker and safer methods that tend to be more effective.

These methods consist of meditation and exercise. But not to take medication of the equation, because most vertigo patients actually say medication dramatically helps.

Meditation

Meditation can be quite possibly the simplest way to cure vertigo. There are many forms of meditation that can help cure vertigo. These meditations tend to take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. These medications can also help you learn how to quickly recover from your symptoms of dizziness and nausea.

Exercising

There are also exercises that can cure vertigo. These exercises are usually focused on meditation. There are three known positions for vertigo exercises, they are usually done while sitting down, standing up, and lying down as well.

These exercises tend to be highly effective, as they can be done literally anywhere. Some vertigo exercises are similar to meditation for the reason that they consist of focusing on a single object for a period of time.

With a little time and effort, you will start to become more effective and better at curing your vertigo symptoms.

Medication

There are doctor-prescribed medications that help cure vertigo. If you are a person without the time for meditating or exercising, medication can be a great alternative. The medications help regulate the balance in a person's inner ear and help a person feel relief from dizziness and nausea.

These meditations are usually taken twice a day and also tend to be highly effective as well as a meditating exercise.

I know it may be hard at first to live with vertigo, but it's not the end of the world. You can easily learn how to take control of this disorder.

CAUTION: Now I need you to pay very close attention to this
