My friend was driving her car off to fetch the kids from school. Coffee can cause serious sleep problems just like nicotine which inhibits sleep. Caffeine is considered a drug that can increase heart rate making you alert and nervous.
My friend once told me that vertigo attacks is getting worse whenever she had sex with her husband. Of course, I am not saying that you should avoid having sex too.
